Rhona S. Kauffman has been practicing law for over 30 years representing individuals and businesses in Southern California. She is just as passionate today as when she began her legal career in 1994. Ms. Kauffman’s experience and concentrations include all aspects of court litigation in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate, Contracts, Partnerships, Business and Individual Disputes as well as Homeowner Association Disputes. Ms. Kauffman also handles the preparation of all transactional agreements for Purchase and Sale of residential and commercial properties through close of escrow; all Business Agreements; Asset Sale Agreements, Contracts, Commercial and Residential Leases, and Ground Leases; as well as all Estate Planning including the creation of Revocable Living Trusts and Wills through Distribution to Beneficiaries.

- Originally from Los Angeles, Ms. Kauffman was involved in the high profile successful civil wrongful death action in 1994 representing Fred Goldman against O.J. Simpson as well as the infamous Hot Air Balloon Litigation in the Coachella Valley in 2011.
